I'm going to walk you through the basics of our online system called Buildertrend where you can see the project schedule, view the daily logs, add comments, sign important documents and lots more... pretty cool right?
But first, let me explain what it’s like working with us and what you can expect from us before, during and after your project.
We are a team of highly trained project management and construction professionals that have a passion to see your project come together as seamlessly as possible. When things are not so seamless, we take full responsibility and handle any issues with humility, grace, patience and an action-oriented mindset.
You will always have direct access to your project manager . Your PM will be able to answer all project questions and direct you to answers if he/she is not able to resolve directly.
